Nicest ruffian Peter's ever met. Niko's seen some shit and Peter can guess that even through their many talks, he's only scrapped the top of it. But Niko is friendly, willing to share both items and ideas, and spend time on Peter when he doesn't have to. He makes Peter feel more like an equal than a kid and Peter likes the trust that goes into Niko telling him about his life. More importantly, Niko doesn't care at all about what Peter is or what Peter's capable of, even if Peter's worried about that himself.
And the man has promised Peter a bike ride. That matters too.
