OOC Information
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Peter is human/mutant teenager with naturally silver hair that reaches slightly past chin length and dark brown eyes. All of his body hair is naturally silver as well, meaning eyebrows, chest, arm/leg/pubic, ect are all gray. He's 5"11 and weighs around 160lbs. He has a perpetual baby face, making him look ambiguously younger than he is. His eyes have a sunken, bruised sort of appearance than makes him look constantly tired. He has a few, small faded scars on his hands and knees from typical childhood accidents. He has a few freckles, including one just off center of the tip of his nose and one high on his left check,  and a mole on his left temple. Peter is very, very pale and tends to look like someone who's been missing out on sunlight for several years.

One very noticeable thing about Peter that most characters will pick up on is just how twitchy the boy is. His powers make it very difficult for Peter to be still and even when having a conversation, he's in near constant motion. When doing anything that requires being on one place, he's shuffling from foot to foot, moving his arms and hands, bouncing, ect. He rarely stands still and often paces, runs from one spot to another, or finds something else to do while talking. Staying still and focusing on a conversation is something he only does if the subject is serious and important, or if the person is important for him. Ex. If Wanda is having a conversation with him, he'll be relatively still and giving her his full attention. If Joe Everybody is trying to talk to him, he'll be a twitchy mess.

Clothing wise, Peter's standard outfit tends to be a band t-shirt, dark jeans, a jacket, and sneakers.  Any clothing he willingly wears tends to keep to a neutral color scheme of black, white, or gray. His grays are often metallic. He does not wear much by way of color and tends to wear clothing that just shy of being too big for his frame. In-game, he's kept his Pink Floyd T-shirt (with a noticeably mended rip in the left side) and his black jeans. He always keeps his black rimmed googles on him, usually hung around his neck or pushed up on his head to keep his hair back.

As of October of 2016, Peter has given away his trademark silver jacket (gifted to River Tam) and instead wears one of two remaining jackets everywhere. The most often seen is a dark blue sports jacket with tigers embroidered on the breast, as seen in the basement scenes of DoFP. On occasion he will be seen in a light blue hooded jacket that is too large on his frame. This was a gift from Sans, someone Peter was very close to, and Peter tends to wear it in private.

MEDICAL:
Peter does not have any known medical problems. With his power comes a need to consume a lot of calories and it is possible he could develop issues if those needs aren't met.

ABILITIES:
As a mutant, Peter has a the natural born ability of super speed. Physically he is able to move much faster than a bullet, and accelerate/decelerate on a dime. While running at these speeds, he seems to be unaffected by friction and can cause a lot of damage with any attacks he does.

Along with the physical speed, Peter is shown to think at high speeds and he experiences time differently than most people.  For every second of real time, Peter experiences around a minute and a half. This time discrepancy is what makes him appear to think and act so quickly.

SPECIAL ITEMS: Peter doesn't have any special items outside of the stolen Walkman prototypes that are now hilariously outdated.

CHARACTER TRIGGERS: General triggers apply. He's not going to react well to discussion of rape or extreme violence. Implications of harm to his mother or sisters is a massive red flag for him and will likely cause him to react with violence. After his disastrous attempt to murder Rinzler and the result causing J's death, he's become very sensitive to any perceived attacks on J's character.

QUIRKS: Peter loves music, video games and pop culture typical to the late 60s and early 70s. He enjoys playing ping pong and other sports that his powers let him play against himself, and has shown some affinity for tinkering with machinery.

Canonically, Peter's number one past time is stealing and he's someone that likes the thrill of getting away with petty crime. He tends to keep his hauls to food, electronics or interesting items he can use as decor. He likes the basic idea of breaking and entering, regardless of whether there's something inside worthwhile to him. While he doesn't like violent crime and will take steps to prevent his criminal activity causing direct harm, he's not opposed to using his powers to help other people commit petty crime. It's all just fun to him.

Peter has a massive sweet tooth and is a big eater who can often be found snacking in his spare time. He doesn't sleep much, is constantly active and gets bored very, very easily. He holds his sisters and the idea of family in general as the most important thing in the world. He has some understandable father issues, feeling abandoned by the lack of a father figure in his life. As such, he tends to be awkward around older men who show an interest in his life or express that they think well of him.

Peter's also a flirt. People of either gender around his age may find themselves the target of his pathetic flirtations, though he's far more straightforward about his attentions with women due to the time period he hails from. He also tends to hit on older women, though these flirtations tend to be more overt and silly as he recognizes older women are likely not going to indulge a teenage boy.

PSYCHIC: Characters are absolutely welcome to use psychic powers/mind magic on Peter. Just talk to me first for what they can learn from him, etc. Since he does think so quickly, telepaths/mind-readers might have trouble keeping up with his train of thought, but they can try! If you want to take control or use these powers for suggestion, brainwashing, or something of that nature, just speak to me. I'm probably not going to object as long as he's not forced into something that goes against already stated triggers.

AFFECTION: Peter is open to any kind of physical affection, as long as he knows or has reason to trust the character. Harmless physical touches (hand on shoulder, clap on the back, ect) are allowed from anyone. Considering his reaction time, he'll just move if he doesn't want a touch.

Peter is open for shipping purposes. However, while I'm fine with him having a crush on someone much older than his 18, I'm uncomfortable with the idea of shipping him with someone a decade or more older. As he's 18 and thus now an adult, I'd rather not get him involved with anyone younger than 16-17. I will not play out anything sexual between him and another character under 18, though I'm fine with general flirtations/kissing/ect.

I'm open to shipping Peter with any gender/sex/species/etc, but I prefer characters have chemistry and build-up instead of jumping straight into things. Peter is very flirty and prone to a lot of crushes and may sleep with a variety of characters, but I do not consider that the same as a 'ship'. He's a teenager acting like a teenager; he's going to flirt and make-out and all that nonsense without it meaning anything in the long run.

MAGIC: As long as it is discussed with me first, you are welcome to have your character cast whatever magic on Peter. Having your character use illusions or disguise their own appearance is perfectly fine and doesn't need to be discussed before hand.

PHYSICAL: I'm perfectly fine with anyone harming Peter as long as we discuss it first. His power makes it difficult for him to really get hurt- gotta love that quick reaction time- but if you want to fight with or hurt Peter, please contact me and we can find a way to make it happen. I'm very open to working out ways for your character to win a fight or otherwise beat Peter, as long as we talk about it before hand!

Peter himself is not a violent person or much of a fighter, despite having the ability to do terrible damage, so it would take some severe IC reasoning for him to try to fight back instead of just running away. Even when we see him 'fighting' in the movie, its to incapacitate instead of cause real harm. So if you really want a fight out of Peter, your character is going to have to corner him (figuratively/literally), threaten Wanda/his family (pretty much the boy's berserk button), or find some way to truly upset him.   Again, if you want to start something between your character and Peter just contact me and we can work something out.

CONTENT WARNINGS: I do not think there is anything in Peter's past or personality that typically falls under one of the major warnings, but if anything changes I will update this.

PLAYER TRIGGERS:   I personally do not like playing anything dealing with miscarriages/infertility, though I do not foresee that coming up anywhere in game.  If your character wants to talk to Peter about the subject, please contact me first because I would likely prefer handwaving the conversation.
